Miso-Glazed Salmon Recipe
A weeknight or dinner party meal sure to delight.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tbsp. white miso paste
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 lbs. salmon, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds
Steps:
- In a baking dish, combine the ginger, miso paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar until smooth
- Pat salmon dry and place in marinade,coating all sides evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
- Turn oven broiler to HIGH.
- Remove salmon from marinade and place on a rimmed sheet pan.
- Broil until edges are crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve salmon topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
