Miso-Glazed Salmon Recipe

A weeknight or dinner party meal sure to delight.

Steps:

  1. In a baking dish, combine the ginger, miso paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar until smooth
  2. Pat salmon dry and place in marinade,coating all sides evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
  3. Turn oven broiler to HIGH.
  4. Remove salmon from marinade and place on a rimmed sheet pan.
  5. Broil until edges are crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve salmon topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
