Lasagna Recipe
A classic lasagna for a real-time crunch.
Ingredients:
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1 jar red pasta sauce
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 oz. Italian sausage
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Handful shredded cheese
Steps:
- Boil noodles for 10 minutes
- Chop onions
- Sautee onion in olive oil in a medium-hot saucepan until golden
- Reserve two tbsp. of pasta water and drain noodles
- Add sausage, pasta sauce, pasta water to sauteed onions and reduce
- Assemble lasagna layers (sauce, noodles, cheese)
- Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes until golden brown
